(2) Wounds should not be bound or seamed, and open wounds should be exposed as much as possible. If the wound must be bound and sutured (such as invading large blood vessels), it should be ensured that the wound has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and the anti rabies serum has been used according to the above methods.
(3) Use antibiotics or refined tetanus antitoxins when necessary. (4) In case of severe bite, anti rabies serum or rabies immunoglobulin should be injected around and at the bottom of the wound.

The level of neutralizing antibody and protection rate were the main indicators of the preventive effect of the vaccine. For the initial immunization, the neutralizing antibody appears 7 to 10 days after the vaccination, and the protection level can be reached after 5 doses of immunization (≥ 0.5IU/ml is required).
