He injected the medulla oblongata extract containing rabies into rabbits for many times, and then injected the attenuated liquid into dogs, so that dogs could resist the infection of rabies virus with normal intensity. Later, the extract was gradually injected into humans, and the success of Rabies Prevention was achieved.
